DP Vipra Law College is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students. We have established the following committees to address grievances related to anti-ragging, anti-sexual harassment, and women’s development:

Anti-Ragging Committee

Ragging is defined as any act of physical or mental abuse (including bullying and exclusion) targeted at another student on the grounds of colour, race, religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, nationality, regional origins, linguistic identity, or economic background. Ragging is a criminal offense and will not be tolerated at DP Vipra Law College. Students found engaging in ragging will face severe disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the college.

The Anti-Ragging Committee is responsible for overseeing the implementation of anti-ragging measures and addressing any incidents of ragging on campus. The committee members are:

  3. Shri Alok Sharma (Sports Officer) – Member
  4. Prof. Dharmendra Sharma – Member

Women Grievance Committee (Anti-sexual harassment)

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature that has the purpose or effect of violating the dignity of a person or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment. DP Vipra Law College has a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, and all complaints will be investigated and addressed promptly.

The Women Grievance Committee is responsible for addressing complaints of sexual harassment and ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all female students, faculty, and staff. The committee members are:

To file a grievance related to any of these areas, students can submit a written complaint to the respective committee or use the online grievance redressal portal available on the college website. All complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the UGC’s guidelines on anti-ragging and anti-sexual harassment.
